| The bush road ends at the MAIN
CAMP. Our unique peninsula location allows our cabins to not only be "on" the water, but "surrounded" by water! Cabins are well spaced
- 200 feet apart, providing a superb water view, and PRIVACY. At the Main Camp you will find our new lodge and three new
housekeeping cabins. We enjoy the added space in our new lodge, but it remains a work in
progress. Every year our goal is to build new so that we can give you more.
Each cabin at the Main Camp has a propane stove and
refrigerator, a wood stove for heat, and electric lights in the evening. We are pleased to announce that for the 2011 season, all Main Camp cabins
will have 3 piece bathrooms: sink, shower, and toilet. In addition, we have
a modern shower/bathroom facility. Kitchens have hot/cold running water and all
cooking/eating utensils. The cabins have bunk-beds with mattresses; bring your sleeping
bag, pillow, towels, etc. A satellite telephone system is available to all guests. |

| Looking to relax and
enjoy a private, secluded get-away? Try an outpost! Accessible by boat only, our outpost
locations offer outstanding views, peace, quiet and an opportunity to have your very own
piece of heaven in the Canadian wilderness. Outpost guests, like main camp guests, will
drive to our main camp at the south end of Ogascanan. During your “check-in” you
will receive a lake orientation session. We’ll give you a map of the lake and
highlight areas where you should be fishing. We’ll help you out with baits, lures,
different presentations and coach you on recommended, proven techniques. Following this,
you will be instructed on the operation of an outboard motor and familiarized with our
boats and equipment. Your gear will be loaded into boats and we will proceed to your
outpost — we have a bigger boat to assist. |

to come down to the main camp anytime; it's just a 5 minute boat ride. |

| Each of our private
outpost cabins is equipped with propane stoves and refrigerators, and wood
stove for heat. The kitchens have hand pumped water and all cooking/eating utensils. The
cabins have bunk beds with mattresses; bring your sleeping bag, pillow, towels, etc. For
lights, each cabin is wired for you to bring a generator from home, rent one from us, or
simply bring your own lanterns and fuel. No plumbed toilets here, it's back to nature -
outhouses of course. NEW: shower facilities at each private outpost location. We've
added an indoor shower stall in these outposts. We provide you with a shower bag ...
simply heat water on the propane stove, fill the bag and you're set. Although you are
still welcome to shower at the Main Camp, now there is no need. |
